The three panellists

Claire E. Peters
Claire is a user experience researcher at Google, where she leads research regarding the capabilities and characteristics of high-performing software development teams. Prior to Google, she conducted research for the Los Angeles Times, the National Football League and the United States Congress. She graduated from the MACA programme in 2011.

Mark Matienzo
Mark is Transformation Manager at Pandora and supports the global HR leadership teams with strategic advisory, facilitation, coaching and continuous monitoring and reporting of key initiatives that drive Pandora’s people and sustainability strategy forward.

Stefan Biabiany
Stefan works for Swisscard AECS, the major credit card issuer in Switzerland. Alongside the company's digital transformation within the topic of payment, he is responsible for designing appropriate user experiences and strategies. Next to cultural analysis, he has a professional background within the design industry and performed in various fields such as visual communication, branding, user experience, service design and insight research.
