Saxo Student Guidance is usually closed on Fridays; however, Friday September 2 we are open, i.e., phone hours 9-10 AM, drop-in 10-11 AM and email.

As enrolled or prospective student at Saxo, you can talk to us about e.g., our programs and their structure, study plans, student well-being, orientation, your opportunities (internship, electives, study abroad), career, and much more. If you are unsure about whom to contact, we can help you find the right channel.

  • We will reply as soon as possible, but please note that it can take up to a week in busy periods.

  • The phone automatically closes at 10 AM.
  • Please book a counselling session if you need to discuss bigger or more comprehensive subjects or questions.

 

 

  • Monday-Thursday you can book a 20-min. counselling session if you need to discuss bigger or more comprehensive subjects or questions.
  • The session takes place on campus in room 12.3.48, unless you explicitly state that you prefer a Zoom or phone consultation – se more under ‘Important!’.

How you book

  • Sign up if it is your fist time booking a counselling session. Choose ‘New customer’. Use your UCPH mail if you are a student at UCPH.
  • When you are logged in, you will see available time slots.

If you have forgotten your password, please choose ‘Password forgotten’

Important!

In the comment section please make sure that you:

  • briefly state what you wish to address – make ‘an agenda’
  • mention if you prefer a phone call or a Zoom link, which you will receive same day as your session.

The session takes place on campus in room 12.3.48 unless you have stated otherwise. NB: The door to the administration hall will be locked – we will come get you.

Your preparation

  • Please read on your Study Information on KUnet beforehand to make sure you get the most out of your session.
  • Bring a note pad or a computer, so you can take notes.

Cancellation

We kindly ask you to cancel your session if you are prevented to attend – you can cancel your session by logging into the system.
