‘Sustainable Tuesdays’ event: “Here? Here, there was nothing”: the miracle of Campo de Dalias’

In this Tuesday’s event, Trine My Thygaard-Nielsen (PhD candidate, Aarhus University) will take us to the ‘Kitchen Garden of Europe,’ where Almérían farmers live with climate(s) in everyday life by means of a poco a poco (little by little)-mentality. Trine will show how poco a poco is shaped by an ongoing engagement with landscape characteristics, historical remains, and interior colonization.
