Face to Face: Thorvaldsen and Portraiture
Opening of exhibition at Thorvaldsens Museum on the occasion of Bertel Thorvaldsen's 250th birthday.
The exhibition is conceived within the framework of the research project "Powerful Presences: The Sculptural Portrait between Presence and Absence, Individual and Mass", which is led by Associate Professor Jane Fejfer (Saxo Institute, UCPH) in collaboration with Kristine Bøggild Johannsen, Museum Inspector at Thorvaldsens Museum.
