Current research

According to statistics, 55+ employees participate less in competence development than younger colleagues. Hence, the research project Competence Development 55+ investigates dynamics in governmental workplaces across Denmark. We map factors that influence 55+ employees' participation in competence development, how it is being perceived and practiced, and factors that can support their participation in the future. The project is a research cooperation with Kompetencesekretariatet.
